My first visit to Amsterdam was all about discovery. I wandered along the iconic canals, admired landmarks, explored a park, and browsed through a flea market. Every moment felt new and exciting!
My return to Amsterdam was memorable for an entirely different reason—a transport strike! Navigating the city without its usually efficient public transportation turned into an adventure and a true test of patience lol. Despite the challenges, I managed to revisit familiar places and uncover new ones.
2023: Blooms, Villages, and Gloomy Days
My most recent trip was a mix of vibrant colors and tranquil moments. Visiting the Tulip Experience Amsterdam felt like stepping into a painting, with tulip fields stretching endlessly. I also ventured beyond Amsterdam to the peaceful village of Giethoorn, known for its serene waterways and pretty cottages. A day trip to Rotterdam provided a striking contrast, with its modern architecture and gloomy weather lol.
