Hello! I’m Anj, a petite girl with a big love for travel and adventure. Born and raised in the Philippines — a country with thousands of beautiful islands – it’s quite ironic that I never quite learned how to swim 😅 I tried, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

 

This blog is just that – a little diary of my travels and adventures. I’m no travel expert, what works for me might not work for you. But if you’re looking for a bit of inspiration, some useful tips, or simply want to read travel stories, then you’re in the right place. I love taking photos so I would say that this blog is more of a photo journal. After all, a picture is worth a thousand words, right?

 

I juggle a full-time job, so my travels happen whenever I can find a moment to escape.

 

I’m a bit of a mixed bag. Sometimes I’m a solo traveler; other times I’m with friends or family. Sometimes I’m all about DIY; other times I’m happy to join a tour (this is becoming prevalent with age lol). I’ve stayed in hostels, hotels, resorts, Airbnbs, and even couchsurfed a few times. My trips can vary from hiking up mountains to simply strolling through city streets, from visiting tourist traps (yup, we don’t want to miss them 😆) to exploring hidden gems. I’m a foodie who enjoys everything from street food to restaurants, and let’s not forget those quick fast food fixes (Oh hello McDonalds, Wendys, and Burger King lol).

  

This blog has been a long time coming — over a decade, in fact – because life has a way of getting in the way. A huge shout out to my friends who always reminded me and pushed me to finish this blog lol.

 

So, here it is.. my little corner where stories are told, memories are shared, and adventures are just a page away.
